6. You: “You” refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using our Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party you authorized, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product. We will initiate the reimbursement process no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • Goods that were customized or personalized according to your specifications.
  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
  • Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Please note that only regular-priced Goods are eligible for a refund. Goods on sale or offered at discounted prices cannot be refunded unless prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods: The cost and risk associated with returning the Goods to us are your responsibility. The products are digital and don’t require a physical return.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts: If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and were shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
